  • incorrect wiring
  • forcing connectors
  • short circuits
  • water damage
  • crash damage
  • modifying the product
  • using the product on an incompatible bike
  • using the product outside its intended purpose
  • using the product unlawfully or unsafely

10. Safety and Road Use

eBike parts and modifications can affect speed, power, handling and road legality.

You are responsible for making sure your bike is safe and legal to use in your area.

ff customz does not guarantee that any product will make your bike road legal.

Always ride safely, wear protective gear and follow local laws.

11. Warranties and Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.

12. Limitation of Liability
